Today is the last day of Blog Week - thanks for reading! Here's how we'll be closing out the week: Write about your typical crafting time. When it is that you are likely to craft – alone or in more social environments, when watching TV or whilst taking bus journeys? What items do you like to surround yourself with whilst you twirl your hook like a majorette’s baton or work those needles like a skilled set of samurai swords? Do you always have snacks to hand, or are you a strictly ‘no crumbs near my yarn!’ kind of knitter? No one told me to get ready for my closeup. This had changed drastically over the last year. When I used to knit primarily at home, I would watch dvds with my husband - usually whatever came from Netflix, or a selection from our home library (my personal faves for knitting were Arrested Development , Seinfeld or Invader Zim - so easy to pop in a disc and knit the afternoon away!).
