You may recall earlier this year when I crocheted a few Angry Birds for my nephew Rhys' birthday, but just in case, here's a photo to help jog your memory: For his brother Jake's birthday last month, I thought I'd send out a few more to complete the set. Now they'll have something to catapult their angry birds towards (plus one more bird to add to the arsenal). Patterns are available for free here from Adorable Amigurumi. I've been doing a lot of secret crafting this month, and one of the projects I finally get to share with you is the pair of Angry Birds I made for my nephew Rhys' fourth birthday! I used a couple free patterns from Adorable Amigurumi to crochet these with some Berroco Vintage from my stash. My sister texted me a photo of Rhys with his new toys and I think it's safe to say he liked them - they were even wearing party hats! I also finished the destash sock yarn hat from WIP Wednesday! I freestyled it on #2 needles with Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock in Douglas Fir and Chocolate, finishing with a fun pom-pom!
